Responsibilities
- Design and deploy robust AI architectures capable of handling 2026-scale data complexity and processing requirements.
- Lead the research and implementation of Large Language Models (LLMs) and reinforcement learning agents.
- Optimize model inference latency and accuracy for real-time applications.
- Establish and enforce enterprise-wide standards for AI ethics, safety, and compliance.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product and engineering teams to translate research into market-ready solutions.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and technical mentorship for junior and mid-level engineers.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
- 8+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership or architect role.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Proven track record of deploying production-grade ML models at scale.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP), and MLOps pipelines.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
