Job Description
We are seeking a visionary Senior AI Architect to define the technical roadmap for our next-generation autonomous systems. In this role, you will lead the research and development of Large Language Models (LLMs) and reinforcement learning systems designed to revolutionize industry standards by 2026.
You will bridge the gap between theoretical AI research and scalable production engineering, ensuring our solutions are robust, ethical, and transformative.
Responsibilities
- Architect scalable, fault-tolerant AI infrastructure capable of processing petabytes of real-time data.
- Lead research initiatives in generative AI, transformers, and multi-modal learning models.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to integrate complex AI solutions into consumer and enterprise platforms.
- Define and enforce architectural standards for AI model deployment, monitoring, and safety.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Stay ahead of the curve on emerging AI trends to ensure FutureCore remains at the forefront of the industry.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specializing in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Proven track record of deploying production-grade machine learning models with high availability.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/GCP/Azure), and Kubernetes.
- Experience with AI ethics, bias mitigation, and responsible AI governance frameworks.
