Responsibilities
- Design & Deploy: Architect and implement scalable machine learning pipelines and neural network architectures optimized for high-volume 2026-era data streams.
- Roadmap Strategy: Lead the technical vision for our AI initiatives, identifying emerging trends in Generative AI and Agentic workflows to stay ahead of the curve.
- Optimization: Push the boundaries of model inference speed and efficiency using cutting-edge hardware acceleration.
- Collaboration: Partner with product and research teams to translate complex scientific concepts into deployable, production-ready software.
- Ethics & Governance: Establish and enforce AI governance frameworks to ensure responsible and bias-free model deployment.
Qualifications
- Education: MS or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Technical Mastery: Extensive experience with Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow; deep understanding of Transformer architectures and Large Language Models.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in AI engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior or lead architect role.
- Infrastructure: Proficiency in MLOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, AWS SageMaker) and cloud infrastructure management.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex, ambiguous problems in high-pressure environments.
