- Optimize assets for various platforms (mobile, web, social) ensuring fast loading times without compromising visual fidelity.
- Mentor junior designers and establish high creative standards within the motion graphics department.
- Conceptualize and storyboard dynamic visual sequences that align with brand strategy and user engagement goals.

Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in 2D motion design and animation.
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically After Effects, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy in motion.
- Award-winning portfolio showcasing a diverse range of motion graphics styles and technical capabilities.
