- Optimize visual assets for performance and accessibility across all devices.
- Conduct design reviews and provide constructive feedback to junior designers.
- Research emerging trends in 2D art and motion graphics to keep our portfolio cutting-edge.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in 2D graphic design and illustration.
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects) and Figma.
- A strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of 2D styles, including flat design and vector art.
- Experience with animation principles and motion graphics is a significant plus.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate design rationale.
