Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and storyboard 2D animations that align with brand guidelines and project objectives.
- Utilize industry-standard software (Adobe Creative Suite, Cinema 4D, Toon Boom) to produce high-fidelity motion graphics.
- Collaborate closely with art directors and copywriters to ensure visual narratives are cohesive and engaging.
- Optimize animations for various devices and platforms, ensuring seamless performance and load times.
- Provide creative feedback and mentorship to junior designers and animators within the team.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies to incorporate innovative techniques into our workflow.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in 2D animation, motion graphics, or character design.
- A robust portfolio showcasing a diverse range of 2D projects, including character animation and motion graphics.
- Expert proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Strong understanding of timing, spacing, and squash-and-stretch principles in animation.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to present creative concepts effectively.
- Experience working in an Agile or fast-paced agency environment is highly preferred.
