Responsibilities
- Conceptualization: Develop creative concepts and storyboards for 2D animations that align with client brand guidelines and project goals.
- Production: Create high-quality 2D animations using Adobe After Effects, Illustrator, and Cinema 4D.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the design and engineering teams to integrate motion assets seamlessly into web and mobile applications.
- Animation: Design character rigs, motion graphics, and visual effects (VFX) for various media formats, including video, social media, and interactive displays.
- Optimization: Optimize animation files for performance and loading speeds across different devices and browsers.
- Review: Present final animations to stakeholders and incorporate feedback to refine the creative direction.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Animation, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in 2D motion design and motion graphics.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop) and knowledge of HTML/CSS for basic web integration.
- Portfolio: A strong, diverse portfolio showcasing 2D animation projects, including character design and visual effects.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate creative concepts to non-creative stakeholders.
- Tools: Experience with DaVinci Resolve for video editing is a plus.
