Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and execute high-quality 2D motion graphics and animations for digital campaigns.
- Collaborate closely with art directors and copywriters to align visual style with brand messaging.
- Optimize rendered animations for web, mobile, and social media platforms.
- Manage project timelines and deliver assets within strict deadlines.
- Conduct research on industry trends to keep our work fresh and innovative.
- Mentor junior designers and provide feedback on creative work.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (5+ years) in 2D animation, motion graphics, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop).
- Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of styles and technical capabilities.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Knowledge of 3D principles (Cinema 4D) is a plus but not required.
- BA/BFA in Graphic Design, Animation, or a related field.
