We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UX Designer to join InnovateTech Solutions. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for designing intuitive, user-centric digital experiences that drive engagement and satisfaction. You will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other designers to ensure our products are not only functional but also delightful to use.

Responsibilities
- Conduct User Research: Perform user interviews, usability testing, and market analysis to understand user needs and pain points.
- Wireframing & Prototyping: Create high-fidelity wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes using Figma and Sketch.
- Design Interfaces: Design visually appealing and consistent UI components and interfaces that align with our brand guidelines.
- Usability Testing: Plan and execute usability tests to validate design decisions and iterate on solutions based on feedback.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and QA engineers.
- Maintain Design Systems: Contribute to and improve our design system to ensure consistency across all products.
- Accessibility: Ensure all designs comply with WCAG accessibility standards.
Qualifications
- Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
- Tools: Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools.
- Portfolio: A strong, up-to-date portfolio showcasing UX process and design thinking.
- Knowledge: Deep understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and visual hierarchy.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex design concepts to stakeholders.
- Agile: Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
