Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX research and strategy, including user interviews, usability testing, and competitive analysis.
- Design intuitive user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity interactive prototypes using Figma.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into elegant design solutions.
- Conduct A/B testing and analyze user feedback to iterate and improve product performance.
- Create and maintain a consistent design system to ensure scalability and brand consistency.
- Mentor junior designers and provide constructive feedback on their work.
- Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders clearly and persuasively.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
- 3-5+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating a full design lifecycle, from research to high-fidelity delivery.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
- Experience with HTML/CSS and basic front-end development is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design decisions.
