Responsibilities
- Design and produce high-quality 2D illustrations, icons, and graphics that align with brand guidelines and user experience goals.
- Create and maintain a comprehensive design system, ensuring consistency across web, mobile, and print channels.
- Collaborate closely with UX researchers and product managers to translate user insights into visual solutions.
- Develop animated 2D assets and micro-interactions to enhance user engagement and storytelling.
- Present design concepts and iterations to stakeholders, effectively articulating the rationale behind creative decisions.
- Mentor junior designers and provide constructive feedback to foster a culture of growth and excellence.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in 2D graphic design, UI design, or illustration.
- Proven portfolio showcasing expertise in vector illustration, flat design, and iconography.
- Mastery of industry-standard design tools, including Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects) and Figma.
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field (equivalent experience accepted).
