Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and design high-fidelity 2D UI/UX mockups and interactive prototypes using Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Develop complex 2D motion graphics, micro-interactions, and animations using CSS3, SVG, and JavaScript libraries.
- Collaborate closely with frontend engineers to ensure design fidelity, performance optimization, and accessibility compliance.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to validate interaction patterns and refine user flows.
- Maintain and evolve our comprehensive design system to ensure consistency across all product touchpoints.
- Stay abreast of emerging web design trends, animation techniques, and frontend technologies.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in 2D interaction design, motion graphics, or web animation.
- Expert proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Adobe After Effects/Photoshop.
- Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
- A robust portfolio demonstrating complex 2D motion design and responsive layouts.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate design decisions to stakeholders.
