- Creative Direction: Develop a cohesive visual language and motion strategy that aligns with brand guidelines and user experience goals.
- Technical Implementation: Collaborate with frontend developers to translate designs into production-ready code (SVG, Canvas, CSS, JS).
- Performance Optimization: Ensure all animations are optimized for load times and run smoothly on mobile and desktop devices.
- Prototyping: Build interactive prototypes to validate design concepts and gather user feedback before full development.
- Asset Management: Organize and maintain a library of animation assets, ensuring scalability and consistency.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in 2D design, motion graphics, or interaction design.
- Tools: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop) and prototyping tools like Figma or Sketch.
- Technical Skills: Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and animation libraries (GSAP, Anime.js).
- Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing motion design work with a focus on technical implementation and performance.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present design concepts to stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field is preferred.
