We are currently seeking a visionary Senior 2D Designer & UI Specialist to join our creative studio in San Francisco.
The Role: As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for crafting high-fidelity 2D assets, vector graphics, and user interface elements that define our brand identity. You will work closely with product managers, engineers, and researchers to ensure our digital products are not only visually stunning but also highly functional and accessible.

Responsibilities
- Visual Design: Create high-fidelity 2D illustrations, icons, and interface mockups using Adobe Creative Suite and vector tools like Illustrator and Figma.
- UI/UX Collaboration: Partner with UX researchers and engineers to translate wireframes and user flows into pixel-perfect, responsive designs.
- Brand Consistency: Maintain and evolve our visual language across web, mobile, and print collateral to ensure a cohesive brand presence.
- Asset Management: Develop and maintain a scalable library of design assets, ensuring scalability and performance for development teams.
- Motion Prototyping: Create simple 2D motion graphics and micro-interactions to enhance user engagement and feedback.
- Design Systems: Contribute to the creation and documentation of our internal design system components and style guides.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in 2D design, graphic design, or UI/UX design.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. Strong working knowledge of Figma or Sketch is required.
- Portfolio: A robust portfolio showcasing 2D vector work, iconography, and UI design projects.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions to non-design stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- Tools: Familiarity with prototyping tools (Principle, ProtoPie) and basic HTML/CSS knowledge is a plus.
