Responsibilities
- Lead the creation of high-quality 2D animations, including character rigging, keyframing, and in-betweening.
- Develop visual styles and motion guidelines for creative projects.
- Collaborate closely with art directors and sound designers to synchronize visuals with audio.
- Optimize animation assets for various platforms, including web, mobile, and digital signage.
- Mentor junior animators and provide constructive feedback during reviews.
- Adhere to strict project deadlines and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in 2D animation, motion graphics, or related fields.
- Proficiency in industry-standard software: Adobe After Effects, Adobe Animate, and Toon Boom Harmony.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating a range of styles, from cel-shaded to vector-based motion.
- Deep understanding of animation principles: squash and stretch, timing, and weight.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate creative concepts.
- Relevant degree or certification in Animation, Graphic Design, or Fine Arts.
