Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 technical vision and architectural strategy for the enterprise.
- Lead the design and implementation of scalable, high-performance microservices and distributed systems.
- Collaborate with product and design teams to translate futuristic roadmaps into actionable technical specifications.
- Identify and mitigate technical risks associated with emerging technologies and long-term projects.
- Establish best practices for code quality, security, and deployment pipelines.
- Mentor senior engineering staff and foster a culture of continuous learning.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven track record of delivering complex, large-scale systems in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Deep expertise in system design patterns, distributed computing, and containerization (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Strong background in AI/ML infrastructure and data pipeline architecture.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of bridging the gap between technical teams and executive stakeholders.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and CI/CD workflows.
