Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy high-performance web applications using modern frameworks (React, Node.js)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and technical specifications
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability across multiple platforms
- Implement robust security protocols and conduct regular code reviews
- Lead architectural decisions for new product features and system improvements
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical documentation
- Participate in Agile ceremonies (sprints, retrospectives, planning)
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience (5+ years professional development)
- Expert proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and at least one backend language (Python, Java, or Go)
- Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Proven track record of delivering production-ready code and managing CI/CD pipelines
- Excellent problem-solving skills with experience in debugging complex systems
- Portfolio demonstrating full-stack projects with scalable architecture
- Strong communication skills with ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
