Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain LAN/WAN infrastructure including routers, switches, and firewalls
- Monitor network performance using tools like SolarWinds and Nagios
- Diagnose and resolve connectivity issues via remote access tools
- Implement security protocols and VLAN configurations
- Document network changes and create technical documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on cloud migration projects
- Provide Tier-3 support for complex network troubleshooting
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in network administration with Cisco/Juniper certifications
- Proficiency in TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN technologies
- Hands-on experience with SD-WAN solutions (Cisco Viptela/Palo Alto Prisma)
- Strong knowledge of network security best practices (ACLs, firewalls)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Experience with virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
