Responsibilities
- Execute manual and automated test cases across web, mobile, and desktop applications
- Identify, document, and track defects using JIRA and defect management systems
- Collaborate with development teams to troubleshoot issues and implement solutions
- Participate in Agile sprint cycles and provide quality assurance feedback
- Develop comprehensive test plans and test scripts from product requirements
- Perform regression testing and validate bug fixes in staging environments
- Analyze test results and provide actionable insights to improve product quality
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in software QA testing with manual and automated testing tools
- Proficiency in test automation frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright)
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and defect tracking systems
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Experience testing RESTful APIs and database validation (SQL knowledge)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and test integration a plus
