Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain LAN/WAN systems, routers, switches, and firewalls
- Monitor network performance and resolve connectivity issues proactively
- Implement cybersecurity protocols and conduct vulnerability assessments
- Document network configurations and create technical documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business continuity
- Manage hardware/software inventory and lifecycle maintenance
- Provide Tier-3 support for complex network outages
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on network administration experience
- CCNA or CompTIA Network+ certification required
- Proficiency in Cisco/Juniper routers and Palo Alto firewalls
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN protocols
- Experience with network monitoring tools (SolarWinds, Nagios)
- Excellent troubleshooting skills with OSI model expertise
- Ability to work independently in fast-paced environments
