Responsibilities
- Visualize Complex Data: Design and maintain interactive dashboards (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker) to monitor business performance, KPIs, and emerging trends.
- Data Management: Collect, clean, and transform large datasets from various sources into a standardized format for analysis.
- Statistical Analysis: Perform advanced statistical analysis and modeling to identify patterns, correlations, and anomalies within the data.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and provide actionable insights that drive business strategy.
- Documentation: Create comprehensive documentation for data pipelines, reporting methodologies, and analytical processes.
- Forecasting: Develop predictive models to assist in budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation; strong experience with Python or R for data analysis.
- Visualization Tools: Expert level knowledge of Tableau or Power BI; experience with Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros).
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical findings into clear, concise, and non-technical language for executive audiences.
- Tools: Familiarity with cloud data warehouses (e.g., Snowflake, AWS Redshift) and ETL tools.
