- Lead cross-functional teams of quantum physicists and software engineers in prototyping systems
- Create security frameworks for post-quantum cryptographic standards
- Optimize quantum circuit architectures for specific hardware constraints
- Collaborate with government agencies on quantum security standards for 2026
- Document quantum system architectures and publish research in peer-reviewed journals
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years experience
- Expertise in quantum algorithm design (Shor's, Grover's, VQE)
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Deep understanding of quantum decoherence and error mitigation
- Published research in quantum computing or quantum information theory
