Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum machine learning algorithms for real-world applications
- Develop error-corrected quantum neural networks using Qiskit and Cirq frameworks
- Collaborate with hardware engineers to optimize quantum-AI hybrid system performance
- Lead cross-functional research initiatives in quantum-enhanced deep learning
- Publish breakthrough findings in Nature Quantum and top-tier AI conferences
- Mentor junior researchers on quantum computing principles and AI optimization techniques
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Computer Science, or Physics (Master's with 5+ years experience considered)
- Expertise in quantum algorithms, quantum error correction, and quantum machine learning
- Proficiency in Python, Qiskit, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and quantum programming languages
- Publication record in quantum computing or AI research (arXiv, IEEE, ACM)
- Experience with quantum hardware providers (IBM Quantum, Rigetti, IonQ)
- Demonstrated ability to translate theoretical quantum concepts into practical AI solutions
