Responsibilities
- Design, write, and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure software functionality.
- Identify, document, and track software defects using JIRA, providing clear reproduction steps to developers.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (developers, product managers) to understand requirements and verify solutions.
- Perform regression testing after software updates to ensure existing functionalities remain intact.
- Conduct manual and automated testing to validate user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Analyze system performance and usability to improve the overall end-user experience.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-4 years of hands-on experience in Quality Assurance (QA) and Software Testing.
- Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, including Agile/Scrum, Black Box, and White Box testing.
- Familiarity with automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright is a plus.
- Proficiency in SQL for database querying and data validation.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate technical issues to non-technical stakeholders.
