Responsibilities
- Execute manual and automated test cases across web, mobile, and desktop applications
- Identify, document, and track defects using JIRA with clear severity levels
- Collaborate with developers to reproduce issues and validate fixes
- Participate in sprint planning, retrospectives, and requirement analysis
- Develop comprehensive test plans covering functionality, usability, and regression testing
- Maintain test documentation and test environment configurations
- Conduct exploratory testing to uncover edge cases and potential vulnerabilities
Qualifications
- 2+ years of manual QA testing experience in Agile environments
- Proficiency in bug tracking tools (JIRA, Bugzilla) and test management systems
- Familiarity with regression testing, smoke testing, and test case creation
- Strong analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Experience with cross-browser and cross-device testing
- Basic understanding of SQL for database validation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
