Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain Cisco routers, switches, and wireless access points
- Monitor network performance using SolarWinds and resolve connectivity issues
- Implement and manage VPN solutions for remote workforce
- Document network topology changes in Visio and ServiceNow
- Collaborate with cloud team on Azure/AWS integration projects
- Perform network security audits and vulnerability assessments
- Train staff on network best practices and protocols
Qualifications
- 3+ years of enterprise network administration experience
- CCNA or CompTIA Network+ certification required
- Proficiency in TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, and VLAN configuration
- Experience with Palo Alto firewalls and Fortinet systems
- Strong troubleshooting skills using Wireshark and PingPlotter
- Familiarity with SD-WAN and zero-trust architectures
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in server environments
- Valid Nevada driver's license
