Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and optimize prompts for large language models to achieve specific business outcomes
- Conduct A/B testing of prompt variations to maximize model performance
- Collaborate with ML engineers to integrate prompt engineering into AI pipelines
- Document prompt libraries and best practices for organizational knowledge sharing
- Stay current with emerging LLM capabilities and prompt engineering techniques

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Linguistics, or related field (MS preferred)
- 3+ years of experience in prompt engineering or NLP/AI development
