Responsibilities
- Conduct user research and persona development to inform design decisions
- Create wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes using Figma and Adobe XD
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to implement design solutions
- Execute usability testing sessions and synthesize actionable insights
- Develop and maintain design systems to ensure brand consistency
- Present design concepts to stakeholders and iterate based on feedback
- Contribute to continuous improvement of UX processes and standards
Qualifications
- Portfolio demonstrating design thinking and visual problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in design tools (Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch)
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and responsive design principles
