Responsibilities
- Execute comprehensive test plans and scripts for web/mobile applications
- Identify, document, and track defects using Jira and other QA tools
- Collaborate with developers to troubleshoot issues and validate fixes
- Perform regression testing and maintain test case documentation
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to process improvements
- Analyze test data and provide actionable insights to product teams
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in manual and automated testing
- Proficiency with test management tools (e.g., TestRail, Zephyr)
- Familiarity with bug tracking systems and defect lifecycle management
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- ISTQB Foundation Certification a plus
