Responsibilities
- Execute manual and automated test cases to identify functional defects and performance issues
- Document test results, bugs, and improvement suggestions in JIRA and other tracking systems
- Collaborate with development teams to troubleshoot and resolve quality issues
- Participate in agile sprint ceremonies including planning, reviews, and retrospectives
- Develop comprehensive test plans and test scripts for new features and product updates
- Analyze product requirements to determine test coverage and validation strategies
- Maintain and improve test automation frameworks using Selenium/Cypress
- Conduct regression testing to ensure product stability across releases
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in software QA testing with manual and automation tools
- Proficiency in test management tools (JIRA, TestRail) and defect tracking systems
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies and QA best practices
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Experience with web and mobile application testing across multiple platforms
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred
- ISTQB Foundation Certification or equivalent QA certification a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
