Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts for web and mobile applications.
- Perform manual and automated testing to ensure product functionality, usability, and performance.
- Identify, document, and track software defects using JIRA and communicate effectively with the development team.
- Conduct regression testing and sanity checks to ensure recent code changes do not break existing features.
- Analyze application logs and error reports to troubleshoot complex issues and provide root cause analysis.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in Quality Assurance testing.
- Strong proficiency in manual testing methodologies and defect lifecycle management.
- Experience with automation frameworks such as Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with SQL and API testing tools like Postman.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
