Responsibilities
- Execute manual and automated test cases to identify software defects
- Document test results using JIRA and defect-tracking systems
- Collaborate with development teams to reproduce and verify issues
- Participate in Agile sprint planning and retrospectives
- Develop comprehensive test plans and test scenarios
- Analyze requirements to ensure test coverage
- Maintain detailed test documentation and metrics
- Adapt to evolving project requirements and technologies
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's preferred
- Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
- Basic understanding of software development lifecycle
- Ability to learn technical tools quickly (training provided)
