Responsibilities
- Design, deploy, and maintain enterprise-level network infrastructure including LAN/WAN, VPN, and wireless systems
- Monitor network performance using tools like SolarWinds and Cisco Prime to proactively identify and resolve issues
- Implement security protocols and conduct vulnerability assessments to protect network integrity
- Collaborate with cloud teams to optimize hybrid network architectures leveraging AWS/Azure
- Document network configurations and create detailed technical documentation for compliance
- Provide Tier 3 support for complex network outages and coordinate cross-functional incident response
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise network administration with CCNP or CompTIA Network+ certification
- Expertise in Cisco/Juniper switching/routing and SD-WAN technologies (Cisco Viptela/Palo Alto Prisma)
- Proven experience with network automation tools (Ansible, Python, Terraform)
- Strong knowledge of network security frameworks (NIST, CIS benchmarks)
- Familiarity with cloud networking services (AWS VPC, Azure VNet, GCP VPC)
- Ability to troubleshoot complex network issues using Wireshark and protocol analyzers
- Excellent communication skills with experience mentoring junior technicians
