Responsibilities
- Design and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases to ensure software functionality.
- Identify, document, and track software defects using JIRA or similar tools.
- Perform manual and automated testing to validate features before deployment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers and product managers to resolve issues.
- Perform regression testing to ensure existing functionality remains intact after updates.
- Conduct thorough analysis of root causes for reported bugs.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in QA testing.
- Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and life cycles.
- Proficiency in SQL for database verification.
- Familiarity with automation tools such as Selenium or Cypress is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to document findings clearly.
