Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and refine AI prompts for enterprise-level language models
- Conduct A/B testing and iterative optimization of prompt architectures
- Develop prompt libraries with version control and documentation standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate prompt engineering solutions
- Analyze user interaction data to identify improvement opportunities
- Stay current with emerging NLP techniques and industry best practices
- Train stakeholders on prompt engineering methodologies and tools
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Linguistics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of experience in prompt engineering or NLP development
- Proficiency with Python and prompt engineering frameworks (LangChain, Hugging Face)
- Strong analytical skills with experience in AB testing and data-driven optimization
- Excellent written communication with ability to simplify complex technical concepts
- Portfolio demonstrating successful prompt engineering projects
- Certification in AI/ML (AWS ML, Google ML, or equivalent) preferred
