Responsibilities
- Design and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
- Identify, document, and track software bugs and defects using JIRA.
- Perform both manual and automated testing to validate functionality and user experience.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including developers and product managers to resolve issues.
- Execute regression testing to ensure existing features remain stable after updates.
- Monitor system performance and provide actionable feedback for improvement.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience in Quality Assurance or Software Testing.
- Proficiency in SQL and strong knowledge of database structures.
- Experience with automation frameworks such as Selenium or Cypress.
- Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate technical issues clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
