We are currently expanding our QA department and are looking for a proactive individual to help us maintain our high standards of quality.
Responsibilities
- Design and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts for web and mobile applications.
- Identify, document, and track software defects (bugs) using JIRA or similar issue-tracking tools.
- Perform manual and automated testing to ensure functionality, usability, and performance.
- Collaborate closely with developers and product managers to understand requirements and resolve issues.
- Conduct regression testing to verify fixes and ensure no new bugs were introduced.
- Perform cross-browser and cross-device compatibility testing.
- Analyze test results and provide actionable feedback to improve product quality.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in software quality assurance and testing.
- Strong knowledge of manual testing methodologies and test life cycles.
- Experience with automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium, Playwright, Cypress) is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with SQL for database testing is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
