Responsibilities
- Execute manual and automated test scripts to verify product functionality
- Document detailed bug reports using JIRA and track resolution progress
- Collaborate with developers to reproduce and troubleshoot defects
- Perform regression testing on new software builds and updates
- Participate in agile sprint planning and daily standup meetings
- Develop comprehensive test cases based on product requirements
- Analyze test results and provide actionable improvement recommendations
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of manual QA testing experience
- Proficiency in bug tracking tools (JIRA, Bugzilla, etc.)
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Experience with cross-browser and cross-platform testing
- Basic knowledge of SQL or database testing concepts
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
