Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support for 500+ employees via phone, email, and remote tools
- Deploy and configure Windows 10/11 workstations and peripheral devices
- Assist with network troubleshooting using Cisco/Juniper equipment
- Document IT processes and create knowledge base articles
- Participate in Azure cloud infrastructure monitoring tasks
- Support security compliance initiatives (SOC2/HIPAA)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on IT projects
- Complete 40+ hours of monthly technical training modules
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's preferred)
- Basic computer literacy with Windows/Mac OS familiarity
- Customer service experience or strong communication skills
- Willingness to earn CompTIA A+/Network+ within 6 months
- Ability to lift 30lbs for hardware installation tasks
- Valid driver's license for occasional site visits
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Must be available for on-site training (Mon-Fri 8am-5pm)
