As a QA Tester, you'll collaborate with developers, product managers, and UX designers to identify and document bugs, execute test cases, and validate product functionality. You'll play a pivotal role in delivering seamless digital experiences to our global customer base.
Responsibilities
- Execute manual and automated test cases across web and mobile applications
- Identify, document, and track defects using JIRA and other bug-tracking tools
- Perform regression testing, smoke testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize bug fixes and quality improvements
- Develop comprehensive test plans and test scenarios based on product requirements
- Analyze test results and provide actionable insights to development teams
- Maintain detailed test documentation and quality metrics
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in software QA testing (manual and automated)
- Proficiency in bug-tracking tools (JIRA, Bugzilla) and test management systems
- Experience with regression, smoke, and user acceptance testing methodologies
- Familiarity with agile development environments and CI/CD pipelines
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and precision
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
- Experience with test automation tools (Selenium, Cypress) is a plus
