You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, document, and resolve defects across web and mobile applications. Responsibilities
- Execute manual and automated test cases to identify functional, usability, and performance issues
- Document defects with detailed steps, screenshots, and severity levels using JIRA
- Validate UI/UX consistency across browsers and devices
- Participate in agile ceremonies (sprint planning, retrospectives)
- Conduct regression testing after product updates
- Maintain comprehensive test documentation and test data
- Collaborate with developers to prioritize and resolve critical bugs
Qualifications
- 2+ years of manual QA testing experience with web/mobile applications
- Proficiency in bug tracking tools (JIRA, Bugzilla)
- Familiarity with test automation frameworks (Selenium, Cypress)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written communication for defect documentation
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- ISTQB Foundation Certification preferred
- Experience with cross-browser testing (Chrome, Firefox, Safari)
