Responsibilities
- Design, test, and optimize advanced prompts for large language models to achieve precise AI outputs
- Develop prompt engineering frameworks for enterprise-scale AI applications across industries
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into effective AI interactions
- Conduct A/B testing and performance analysis of prompt variations to maximize model efficacy
- Create and maintain documentation of prompt strategies, best practices, and optimization techniques
- Stay current with emerging AI research and prompt engineering methodologies
- Mentor junior engineers on prompt development and AI interaction design principles
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Linguistics, Cognitive Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of experience in prompt engineering, NLP, or AI model interaction design
- Proven expertise with GPT, Claude, or other advanced language model architectures
- Strong analytical skills with ability to evaluate and refine AI outputs for business impact
- Exceptional written communication and creative problem-solving abilities
- Experience with Python and AI frameworks (Hugging Face, LangChain, etc.)
