Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and optimize enterprise-level network infrastructure including LAN/WAN, VoIP, and cloud solutions
- Proactively monitor network performance using advanced tools like SolarWinds and Cisco DNA Center
- Lead complex network migrations and disaster recovery planning for 500+ user environments
- Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to enforce zero-trust architecture and compliance standards
- Document network configurations and create detailed SOPs for operational excellence
- Mentor junior technicians and conduct quarterly technology workshops
Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Cisco/Juniper enterprise networking hardware
- CCNP/CCIE or equivalent advanced certification (JNCIP/JNCIE acceptable)
- Expertise in SD-WAN implementation (Cisco Viptela, VMware SD-WAN)
- Strong background in network automation using Python/Ansible
- Valid Hawaii driver's license and ability to travel between islands
- CISSP or CompTIA Security+ certification preferred
- Experience with AWS/Azure networking services
