Responsibilities
- Execute manual and automated test cases to identify defects and ensure product functionality
- Document test results with detailed bug reports in JIRA and tracking systems
- Collaborate with development teams to troubleshoot issues and implement solutions
- Perform regression testing on web, mobile, and desktop applications
- Participate in agile sprint planning and release readiness reviews
- Maintain test documentation and continuously improve testing methodologies
- Analyze user feedback to prioritize testing efforts and enhance product quality
Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in software QA testing or related field
- Proficiency in defect tracking tools (JIRA, Bugzilla) and test management systems
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Familiarity with SDLC, STLC, and agile methodologies
- Experience testing web applications, mobile apps, or software products
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently with flexible scheduling requirements
- Basic knowledge of automated testing tools is preferred
