Responsibilities
- Execute manual and automated test plans to identify defects in software applications.
- Document and track bugs in our JIRA ticketing system with clear, actionable steps.
- Collaborate with developers and product managers to reproduce issues and verify fixes.
- Analyze user requirements to create comprehensive test cases and test data.
- Perform regression testing to ensure new code changes don't break existing functionality.
- Provide detailed feedback on the user experience and UI/UX design.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance or related technical roles.
- Experience with manual testing methodologies and black-box testing techniques.
- Familiarity with bug tracking tools such as JIRA, Bugzilla, or Trello.
- Basic understanding of SQL or API testing is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and isolate software errors.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
