Responsibilities
- Execute manual and automated test cases across web/mobile applications using company-provided equipment
- Document defects in JIRA with detailed reproduction steps and severity ratings
- Collaborate with developers to troubleshoot and resolve issues
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to test strategy improvements
- Validate software functionality against requirements and industry standards
- Analyze test results and provide actionable quality metrics
Qualifications
- 2+ years of QA testing experience with manual/automated testing tools
- Familiarity with bug tracking systems (JIRA, Bugzilla)
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Experience with test automation frameworks (Selenium, Cypress)
- Basic SQL knowledge for data validation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams
