Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize complex prompt strategies for various LLMs (e.g., GPT-4, Claude, Bard) to ensure high accuracy and relevance.
- Analyze AI-generated outputs to identify patterns, biases, or errors, and iteratively improve prompt structures.
- Collaborate with software engineers to integrate prompt engineering best practices into application development.
- Conduct A/B testing on different prompt variations to maximize user engagement and satisfaction.
- Create documentation and guidelines for prompt usage across different departments.
- Stay updated on the latest advancements in NLP and AI model capabilities to apply new techniques to our workflows.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Linguistics, English, or a related technical field.
- Proven experience as a Prompt Engineer, Data Scientist, or Technical Writer with a focus on AI.
- Strong understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) concepts and machine learning fundamentals.
- Excellent command of the English language with a keen eye for detail and grammar.
- Experience using Python or similar scripting languages to automate prompt testing.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable instructions for AI models.
