Qualifications
- 3+ years in NLP, linguistics, or AI development
- Expertise in prompt engineering frameworks (e.g., Chain of Thought, ReAct)
- Proficiency with Python and ML toolkits (Hugging Face, OpenAI API)
- Portfolio demonstrating successful prompt optimization projects
- Strong analytical skills with A/B testing experience
