Responsibilities
- Lead user research, wireframing, and prototyping for enterprise-level SaaS platforms
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to implement design systems
- Conduct usability testing and synthesize insights to drive design iterations
- Create high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes using Figma/Sketch
- Present design solutions to C-level stakeholders and executive leadership
- Mentor junior designers and establish design best practices
Qualifications
- 5+ years of UX/UI design experience with enterprise software
- Portfolio demonstrating complex B2B design solutions
- Expertise in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1)
- Experience with user research methodologies (interviews, surveys, card sorting)
- Agile/Scrum workflow proficiency
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field
