Responsibilities
- Execute manual and automated test cases across web and mobile applications
- Identify, document, and track defects using JIRA and other bug-tracking tools
- Collaborate with development teams to reproduce issues and verify fixes
- Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning and retrospectives
- Create detailed test plans, test cases, and user acceptance criteria
- Perform regression testing and smoke tests on new builds
- Conduct usability testing and provide actionable feedback
Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in software QA testing or related field
- Familiarity with bug-tracking tools (JIRA, Bugzilla) and test management systems
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Experience with both manual and automated testing methodologies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Basic knowledge of SQL and web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
